A guest can listen to the first two chapters of the book they’re looking to purchase, for free. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. 

As soon as you cancel your monthly subscription, you won’t be able to listen to any more audiobooks. Hovewer, if you have purchased an individual title, you will be able to listen to it forever.
